DON QUIXOTE

Don Quixote, a classical ballet based on the novel of the same name, focuses on the romance between Basilio and Kitri.  Kitri wants to marry Bailio, a lowly barber, despite her father’s wishes that she marry the wealthy Gamache.  As their romance faces trials, chivalrous Don Quixote provides assistance while chasing his own allusions of love.  The dancers of Manssas Ballet Theatre are accompanied by the Manassas Ballet Theatre Orchestra.
